Builders Cleans
We have been carrying out Builders Cleans and Show Home cleans on the Isle
of Wight for over l6 years, cleaning in excess of 800 new homes. We have a
very large client bank from national builders to small independent ones. Our
work is inspected on a regular basis by site managers and area directors with
outstanding comments.
Builders Clean: Once this clean has been done it enables snagging work to be carried out. It enables all the trades to work in a clean environment and result in a superior finish. It consists of the following:
- Removal of tapes and stickers on all glass and sanitary wear
- Removal of all paint on electrical fittings and sanitary wear
- Clean window frames and all glass inside and out including window channels
- Dispose of all rubbish inside the property
- Clean all kitchen area, inside and outside of all units also all worktop surfaces
- Polish to a high standard all cabinets, vanities, stainless steel and wooden finishes
- Clean all tiles to a high sheen
- Clean all doors including the threshold
- Clean all shelving
- Vacuum all floors and mop all hard floor areas
- Paths swept outside
- Carpets hoovered if required
Re Clean and Sparkle Clean can be carried out if requested this is all of the above as mentioned.
Show Home Cleans
We have been carrying out show home cleans for 16 years on the Isle of
Wight, our clients consist of national companies. The show homes are
inspected on a weekly basis by sales negotiators and area directors on
unannounced visits. All work will be carried out during out of office hours.
The show home cleans consists of the following:
- Dust and polish all surfaces
- Clean all glass and mirrors
- Sweep and mop all hard floor surfaces
- Clean all outside paths
- Vacuum all carpets
- Clean and polish all ornaments
- Clean skirting boards
- Polish all handles
