End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning is second to none. We hold a reputation for

Our aim is to provide a clean house for the new tenant to move in. These
properties can be furnished or unfurnished.
The End of Tenancy Cleaning service provides the following:
Main entrance, hallway and stairs/landing: clean front door, clean skirting boards, ceiling lights and switches, hoover all hard floors and carpeted areas and wash hard floor areas.
Kitchen area: clean door frame and door, windows, light switches and lights, all work top surfaces, inside and outside of kitchen units, sink, oven inside and out, hob, microwave, inside and outside of fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, skirting boards, vacuum floors and wash hard floors accordingly.
Living room: door frames and doors, inside windows and outside, light switches and lights,
mirrors, polish table, dust and polish all surface areas, skirting boards, vacuum and wash hard floors accordingly.
Bedrooms: door frames and doors, inside windows and outside, light switches and lights, mirrors, wardrobes/chest of draws, dust and polish all surfaces, clean skirting boards, vacuum and wash hard floors accordingly.
Bathroom: door frames and doors inside windows and outside, light switches and lights, mirrors, descale bath/shower, toilet, sink, de scale tiles and shower door, dust and polish all surface areas, vacuum and wash hard floors accordingly.
Please note that any rubbish or unwanted furniture can be disposed of.

Communal Areas Cleaning
Extracta Cleaning can carry out your requirements on building lobbies, main
entrances, training areas, conference rooms, and office areas.
Our contract cleaning division will maintain and polish surface areas,
maintaining outside areas, paths and disinfecting all bin areas on a regular
basis.
The communal areas service will include:
- Door handles

- Mirrors
- Windows
- Window frames
- Window sills
- Lift doors and skirting boards
- Changing light bulbs
- Hoovering all carpeted areas and all hard floor areas cleaned
This service is available daily, weekly, fortnightly, once a month and a one off clean.
